Tuesday’s lunch bowl – FOE inspired cooking

So, this took a couple of days to bring all together, but the process was tight.

Today’s lunch menu was:

  • Kale and roasted carrot salad with slivered almonds and a tahini dressing
  • Tofu, brown rice, spinach and sweet potato burger
  • Roasted eggplant with a tomato satay sauce
  • Wombok, carrot and radish slaw with a tamari, ginger and sesame dressing.
