01 Aug Tuesday’s lunch bowl – FOE inspired cooking
So, this took a couple of days to bring all together, but the process was tight.
Today’s lunch menu was:
- Kale and roasted carrot salad with slivered almonds and a tahini dressing
- Tofu, brown rice, spinach and sweet potato burger
- Roasted eggplant with a tomato satay sauce
- Wombok, carrot and radish slaw with a tamari, ginger and sesame dressing.
