16 Nov The reason you feel less than sparkly
Generally speaking if you eat crappy food (processed meat, cheese, eggs, bread – and whatever else you are craving), you will end up feeling quite unwell.
I feel sure that it is possible to ‘push through’ and simply keep eating this way, however, at some point, I believe your body will protest in other ways.
Your joints might ache, you might have loose or soft stools, you might feel lethargic generally, or you might get acid reflux. There are literally hundreds of things that might happen to your body if you eat food that is mostly on offer in cafes and restaurants (and which I believe you are now craving – like ham, cheese, bread, sugar, beer – all those kinds of things).
