The exhausting prospect of autumn meal planning

I feel a bit sad looking at all the lovely autumn meals I have cooked for myself in years past. They were so delicious. And now, all I have the energy for is a few corn thins with hummus or another variation on the ever-comforting tuna mornay. I could even descend to a bag of crisps for dinner. It is not so good!

This is the reality of working in the food industry, I think. I use all my culinary energy cooking delicious meals for my clients, and it leaves very little time, or energy for my other cooking pursuits.

I always get inspired to do meal planning in autumn, however, so maybe this autumn, I could transform my business into something that allows me to have the best of both worlds!
