Spicy salsa with egg on toast

Ingredients
- For the salsa
- - ¼ red onion - diced
- - ½ red capsicum - diced
- - handful of parsley finely chopped
- For the dressing
- - 1 tbsp sesame oil
- - juice of half a lemon
- - 2 tsp of tamari
- - clove of garlic grated
- - ¼ tsp of chilli flakes
- To serve
- - slice of toast
- - boiled egg
Instructions
- Add dressing ingredients to a smalll bowl and stir.
- Add diced onion, capsicum and parsley to a medium bowl with dressing and toss.
- Add egg to pan of water and once boiling cook for 4 minutes
- Meanwhile toast bread
- Once bread is toasted, spoon salsa on top of the toast, and then slices of boiled egg.
