05 Jul Saturday Schnitty Special – Goldys
The Schnitty Special at Goldy’s this Saturday night was superb.
I am not 100 % sure of the components. I seem to remember an anchovy butter, and there were definitely polenta chips. The Shchnitty itself was a taste sensation. The radicchio, walnut and leaf salad was also incredible.
There was just won problem (as per) — too much food. This time, I intuited that it was going to be too much and asked for a takeaway container to put half the schnitzel, butter and polenta chips in.
The salad was a lovely vinaigrette, and I could have eaten that for days. I don’t think it had parmesan, but it might have. . . it was so nice. The walnuts and the balsamic dressing was something ELSE.
A wonderful meal that was delicious, full of protein and good value (given that it will give me two meals).
