Today is TWO things, , , hanging out with my BEST FRIEND :’-9 (ouch), and my OLDEST best friend’s BDAY.
October 1, 2025.
My friend suggested that it can be difficult to get into work sometimes, and we read the post about MOTIVATION.
In this post, I said that it was a GOOD idea to TALK about work first thing, so that we get into the ‘spirit of things’ I suppose.
My old bestie, Bro, (this is going to get conFUSING!!) haha Br and Bro, , , haha, ,, (any the HOO)!!
She teaches cookery at a high school in CANBERRA.

Roll up your sleeves – MEG MAC
So, , , day BEFORE yesterday, we were TLKING about lots of different THINGS, , , and I made a plan about things I need to WRITE about on this site:
- I need to write a post, and TRACK my calcium, over a month, a day, a week, a YEAR.
- The CBF archives – the link in the recipes doesn’t work – I should get Dar onto that
- My friend was talking about food and non-cognitive decision making
I had made the comment about that post, that when people are stressed to their eyeballs, they do not make HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES, and that is our point (Br, Kath, Sar).
4. I need to visit our Farmer’s Market this SUNDAY. So, I will need to be making a menu plan.
((It is DIFFICULT my friend, because, my brain is REWIRING – due to the RENO – wait!)
*takes a spray of nicotine)
5. There was also a post about how there is less MILK (dairy milk) at the farmer’s markets – and how (maybe) THAT IS A GOOD THING, am I right?
I need to comment on THAT post.
