Meal plan for week starting 29th of July – winter meal plan

This week, , , I want to do the bulk of the shopping online to reduce the amount of time I spend at the shops. It feels like it is eating up so much time. An extra half an hour or hour tonight may save two to three hours during the week!

Things did not go to plan last week in my NDIS cooking job. . . and so, , , there are a couple of meals that I wish to make again.

Carrot soup was not so enticing to my clients last week, , , so maybe cauliflower soup instead this week!

As I am only cooking two days this week, , , there will need to be some balance between ingredients, fridge space, and support staff, , , so hopefully this will work!!

  • Fennel, orange, chickpea salad with smoked salmon and orange vinaigrette
  • Peanut chicken in slow cooker (with lots of veggies) – with vermicelli noodles in a kind of salad
  • Cauliflower soup
  • Tasty cumin and carrot slaw
  • Rockling and Russian slaw wraps/sandwiches
  • Ham and chilli jam sandwiches
  • Avocado, cheese, sundried tomato, artichoke, roasted eggplant, feta, focaccias
  • Spiced lamb meatballs with tabouleh salad
  • Mushroom-smothered pork chops with mashed potato

I am worried about the pork, and the lamb, , , but this is what my clients have requested on previous occasions.

I hope my order does not get erased in the morning – hoping the supermarket systems are back up.
