My friend T was right about eating protein and weight loss. After remaining the SAME weight for months (or that is what it FELT like), I have put ON at least a kg having started to eat in the foe way.

It is not a bad thing. It does feel healthy, , , but it is not so good for my waistline!!

I feel intuitively that my (hopefully) incoming bf will be able to cope with my extra flesh. I guess I am just not sure that the GENERAL publicĀ could cope! (I saw an image of a fat person yesterday on Facebook, and the comments were HARSH). I don’t think it is **something that my gentle disposition could cop.

Not to say that I am going to BECOME famous, but WHO knows! I know nothing. . . It feels like some of you know different things, but we all kind of communicate THROUGH me, perhaps, hah! (This is one of my psychotic **delusions** showing up here) and rather than deleting the post I am just going to add to it instead – to say that I do think some very unusual and colourful things when I am psychotic!! Be that as it may. . . there is some practical benefit of this post (21/8/24), so I am going to leave the text as it is.
