25 Dec A start to experimenting with fibre rich ingredients
Making a mess in my kitchen for once.
the meal was passable, I suppose.
My intention was to make a meal rich in fibre.
so I used lentils, an onion, carrot and mushrooms in a tomato sauce.
I am not sure how much fibre that is, but I ate it with a slice of sourdough grain toast.
it was ok.
