Checking in

When I stopped and chilled out a bit I started to feel my body and I have to say that my resting heart rate is a bit of a concern today!!

Prescriptions

Abbie Chatfield has been talking a bit about her ‘exercise everyday’ habit on her TikTok. It is an interesting idea. Walking is GOOD, but I am not sure it is ENOUGH. . . (how would I know – except for this heart rate thing, and measurements of getting up off the ground without any hands, or other assistance (for example). Not too bad usually. I do lose one point, but, I want to get flexi like my friend Turtle. The last time I saw him, he bent so far over to his SIDE that it was just remarkable.

House sitting is a good adventure, but it does disrupt the phsysical activiities.

ANOTHER excuse (or obstacle!!)

I just need to EXERCISE everyday perhapasaras.

Go to the gym every day and just do what I can, but show up.

So if I am house sitting does that mean going to a local gym? My routine gets so out of sorts. . . butt maybe, , , I could just take the guess work and decision making out of it, if fI committed to that.

Life admin

We all have the same number of hours in the week (168 to be true!) – and I don’t have a particularly GRUELLING schedule, although it is a bit variable. . . I need to find a suitable time on every day of the week to go to my gym, , , and have fun !!
