Not too bad!!
With my morning walk )which turned into a lunch walk( and my walk with my client, I managed to get up to 17,248 steps today. . . The average over the past week was 13,900. . . (Yesterday was just 2,500, but the other days were all over 10,000 (as well as the Sydney expedition). . . it is good I think. . . I have read that 7000 per day is excellent for your heart, , , and I was inspired by a woman who got super fit over the age of 60. . . she walked 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day and did three days of weight training. . . baby steps, I suppose. . .
