Something a little sweet

Sometimes, when everything hurts inside and it will take some time to stitch oneself back together, or perhaps when someone has hurt us, something that can be comforting is something sweet.

This smoothie can be eaten for breakfast, as it contains protein, fibre and fat, or anytime when you feel like you would like some dessert. It is yummy, healthy and can usually be made with things that are often in your pantry.

One for me and one for you 🙂 A delicious chocolate, healthy, chocolate, cherry smoothie
Ingredients
  • ½ an avocado
  • A couple of handfuls of nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts work well)
  • A couple of handfuls of seeds (pumpkin or sunflower seeds work well)
  • 2 tbsp of peanut or other nut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 cup of plant-based milk
  • ½ tsp of vanilla essence
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
  2. Serve in a glass with a spoon for eating
