23 Dec what to eat for breakfast – for your teeth
It is another day of working hard to make meals based on what is good for our teeth.
That morning’s breakfast was a baked nut loaf that I stupidly baked before I went to bed, crumbled with mashed banana..folded through.
I served it with Greek Yoghurt, and blueberries.
It was delicious for days!
It kept so well in the fridge to take little servings of during the week.
A little sweetness, , , and the nuttiness of the crumbled loaf was divine.
A little appetite
Not feeling hungry can be convenient, but it always feels to me that having an appetite is a sign of vitality.
