Put a small saucepan of water on the stove top and add the egg. Bring to the boil over high heat. When the water starts to boil, set the timer for 4 minutes. Meanwhile press the toast down in the toaster.
Cook the baked beans on low for the last two minutes.
Spread the toast with goats cheese and pesto. Then peel the egg, slice it and dollop baked beans on top.
