Notes
This recipe is pretty easy to put together.You just cook the rice as you normally would, then take about half (or a 1/3 for a female) of the rice, add the same proportion of the tin of tuna, the sliced celery and sliced scallions, a scant tablespoon of horseradish ( a bit less if you don't like too much spice), a tablespoon of yoghurt, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and if you feel like it, add a tsp of honey or maple syrup. Toss and mix to combine, and you will have a nice tuna mornay salad!
