21 Aug one of the issues – human food environments
It is tricky. . . very, very tricky. . . this good food business.
Where to begin… I think I know QUITE a bit about what a healthy diet involves. . . and given the state of cafes and restaurants in Australia AT LEAST, I am NOT SO SURE that everyone is ACROSS this.
I mean, , , you might ask, , , what are my qualifications? Or how do I know?
I KNOW. . . I have studied Human Nutrition, , , and I have read a GREAT deal about nutrition science, , , and I know, , , I can’t base understandings of what is HEALTHY for everyone based on what is healthy for me, , , (perhaps??) we are human beings no? With much of the same infrastructure, biologically.
There are a few TRUTHS as far as I can tell, , , some non-negotiables in terms of human nutrition. . . And I don’t believe we are even getting these right.. . I need my friend Turtle, , , I need to stop eating in these establishments. . . They make me feel so SICKJ, , , if not immediately, , , then they GRIND me down over the longer term, so I end up just feeling CRAPPY. . .
